Problems and Prospects of Management Development in Russia

Abstract
The article deals with current issues of management development in the world and in Russia. The analysis of the development of management in different periods of time and its current status is given. The factors and assumptions to develop a new concept of management, defined its most important features and conditions of sale are considered.
