HR Service Formation and Development as Organization Competitiveness Factor

Abstract

The author explores the enterprises competitiveness dependence from the HR service operation. The article explores the content and nature of HR, its role in the organization functioning process as a whole. The development of the system of personnel management is the main competitive advantage of modern organizations at the economic market.
