Проведен анализ взаимосвязи стратегического планирования развития промышленности строительных материалов прогнозированием бизнес-процессов. В условиях нестабильности внешней среды, вызванной влиянием экзогенных и эндогенных факторов, появляется необходимость изменения подхода к обеспечению развития бизнес-процессов хозяйствующих субъектов, участвующих в производстве строительных материалов, и их прогнозирования на национальном, региональном и отраслевом уровнях в долгосрочной перспективе. Рассмотрены возможности качественных изменений, обусловленных прогнозированием появления технологических и цифровых нововведений и их внедрением в бизнес-процессы. Проанализированы подходы и инструменты стратегического планирования с оптимизацией бизнес-процессов промышленных предприятий, что впоследствии отразится в количественных изменениях, таких как повышение производительности и обеспеченности бизнес-процессов ресурсами и увеличение объема инвестиций в основной капитал. Особое внимание уделено роли прогнозирования бизнес-процессов в адаптации промышленных предприятий к факторам внешней среды и современным условиям развития, формируемым такими составляющими, как цифровизация и стратегическое планирование производства промышленной продукции. Определена важность комплексного подхода при прогнозировании бизнес-процессов для устойчивости и адаптивности субъектов экономики. Работа основывается на системном и комплексном анализе, обзоре статистических данных в сфере промышленного развития для обеспечения объективности и достоверности результатов исследования.

Strategic planning for the construction materials industry development in conjunction with forecasting business processes has been studied. In an unstable external environment influenced by exogenous and endogenous factors, there is a need to change the approach to ensuring the development of business processes for economic entities involved in construction materials production and their long-term forecasting at the national, regional, and industry levels. The potential for qualitative changes driven by technological and digital innovations prediction and their integration into business processes has been studied. The paper analyzes approaches and tools for strategic planning with the optimization of business processes in industrial enterprises, which will subsequently result in quantitative changes, such as increased productivity and resource availability for business processes, as well as increased investment in fixed assets. It also focuses on the role of business process forecasting in adapting industrial enterprises to external factors and modern development conditions, which are influenced by factors such as digitalization and strategic planning for industrial production. The importance of a comprehensive approach to business process forecasting for the sustainability and adaptability of economic entities has been emphasized. The paper is based on a systematic and comprehensive analysis and review of statistical data on industrial development to ensure the objectivity and reliability of the study results.
