В исследовании использованы общенаучные и специальные методы, сравнительный анализ и метод систематизации. Проведен анализ отечественного и зарубежного опыта применения данных технологий в сфере управления. В результате исследования определены основные направления, в рамках которых происходит развитие применения данных инструментов; сформулированы угрозы и недостатки практики применения указанных инструментов и технологий. Сделан вывод, что большинство из описанных технологий способны существенно повысить эффективность деятельности организации, выявить скрытые взаимосвязи, более продуктивно управлять сотрудниками в сфере найма, отбора, обучения персонала, мотивации и развития талантов, совершенствования корпоративной культуры, обеспечения безопасности организации и др. Также отмечено, что применение отдельных технологий может использоваться для давления на сотрудников, вторжения в частную жизнь, административного давления в связи с занимаемой политической позицией, персональной медицинской информацией и пр., и поэтому требует выработки взвешенной политики с привлечением всех заинтересованных сторон.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article considers the experience of using machine learning tools and the application of immersive technologies in management: the development areas have been identiﬁed, the dynamics of the technologies and application practices implementation has been studied, the risks of their application have been analysed. The study uses general scientiﬁc and special methods, comparative analysis and systematisation method. An analysis of the domestic and foreign experience in the application of these technologies in the ﬁeld of management has been carried out. As a result of the study, the main directions have been identiﬁed, within the framework of which, the application of these tools is developed, threats and disadvantages of the application practice of these instruments and technologies have been formulated. It has been concluded that most of the technologies described in the study are able to signiﬁcantly improve the organisation’s eﬃciency, identify hidden relationships, more productively manage employees in the ﬁeld of hiring, selection, personnel training, motivation and development of talents, improving corporate culture, to ensure the organisation’s security, etc. It has been also noted that the application of individual technologies can be used for pressure on employees, invasion of privacy, administrative pressure due to a political position, personal medical information, etc. and requires a balanced policy with the involvement of all interested parties.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>иммерсивные технологии</kwd><kwd>менеджмент</kwd><kwd>машинное обучение</kwd><kwd>эффективность</kwd><kwd>практики применения</kwd><kwd>международный опыт</kwd><kwd>риски</kwd><kwd>угрозы</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>immersive technologies</kwd><kwd>management</kwd><kwd>machine learning</kwd><kwd>eﬃciency</kwd><kwd>application practices</kwd><kwd>international experience</kwd><kwd>risks and threats</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Бакин М.В.
