В связи с этим в данной статье автор анализирует индивидуальные матрицы ценностей как основу для управления поведением членов социальных групп. Вместе с тем рассматриваются вопросы коррекции социальных норм в рамках ранжированного ряда культурных ценностей.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Management on values represents very perspective area of activity concerning the human relations management. Consequently, in this paper the author analyzes individual matrixes of values as a basis for social group members’ behavior management.
