В этих правилах выявлено много общего с конструктивными переговорными технологиями. Выделены типы коммуникационных взаимодействий в условиях кризиса. Используя представленные в статье правила, предлагается повышать антикризисную коммуникационную компетентность руководителей, необходимую для успешного управления взаимодействиями в коллективе в условиях современной экономики.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents the rules of constructive communication that you need to apply in crisis management. These rules are found a lot in common with constructive negotiating techniques. Selected types of communication interactions in a crisis.
